Registration & Tuition Policies
  • Registration is accepted on a first come first serve basis.
  • Classes are closed once capacity is reached.
  • Before a student takes class he or she must be registered. A student's place in class will only be reserved with a current registration form, signed Covid-19 waiver, paid registration fee, and paid first month's tuition.
  • The NHPA II dance season runs mid-August through June.
  • Tuition is pro-rated for the month of August only; tuition is due in full for all other months.
  • Tuition is due by the 1st class of each month. (Reminder notices will NOT be sent out each month!) A $10.00 late fee will be added to tuition paid after the 1st class. Please contact the office if you need to make special arrangements.
  • Registration Fees and Tuition are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tuition will NOT be pro-rated for missed classes.
  • Any student who misses more than 4 weeks of class without notice will be dropped from enrollment and will need to re-register to return to class.
  • NHPA II accepts exact cash or check only if paying in studio. There is a Tuition Drop Box located on the wall to the right of the office window for convenient payment drop-off…just please make sure your child's first and last names are written in the memo if paying by check. We would prefer cash payments to be made to an office administrator or instructor. If you decide to drop cash in the tuition drop box, please make sure it is in a sealed envelope with your child's first AND last names written on it so that the payment is credited to the correct account.
